Spicy Tahini Fish with Super Sesame Crunch (Samke Harra)

Ingredients:

  • 4 fillets of white fish (cod, halibut, or snapper)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp ground cumin

  • ½ tsp ground coriander

  • ¼ cup finely chopped parsley

  • ½ cup Beituti’s Lemon Tahini Sauce

  • ¼ cup Chutni Punch Super Sesame, for topping

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Pat the fish fillets dry and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Drizzle the fish with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and coriander. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  • Remove the fish from the oven and spoon Beituti’s Lemon Tahini Sauce over each fillet. Return to the oven and bake for another 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to warm and slightly thicken.

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and Chutni Punch Super Sesame for a nutty, toasty crunch.

  • Serve & Enjoy
