Directions:

  1. Pick your protein

  2. Marinade and use directly or refrigerate up to 24 hours

  3. Prepare your way: grill, sear or roast! 

  4. Enjoy directly, in a pita wrap, on a salad, on a rice bowl, on a hummus bowl... The possibilities are endless!

  5. Typically enjoyed with: shredded lettuce, cucumber or turnip pickles, lemon tahini sauce or toum (garlic sauce)
